  1. Great episode! Listened yesterday on my commute and was expecting to be bored with more talk of gratitude and mindfulness, which while important I feel have gotten little over done and “catch phrasey”. But something about Cory’s story really resonated with me and I was hooked. I think this may be the key to dealing with my burnout and allow me to work a few more years! I’ve tried meditation in the past during stressful periods of my life but I felt I failed due to the intrusive thoughts. I’m ready to try again and start learning more! Thanks again, this was an unexpected gift this week.
