We absolutely love this recipe! I love Asian food but always have trouble finding recipes to make at home that taste authentic and this is one that I have made a few times because it's so simple, requires very few ingredients, and is delicious! This recipe is from the food blog budgetbytes.com. I didn't make any adjustments the first time I made this; however, it was VERY spicy, so the second time I made it, I used slightly less than half the amount of the chili garlic sauce. We really like spicy food but with the full ¼ cup of chili garlic sauce, it was way too spicy for us. The recipe says it makes 3 servings. I would say it made us 2 nice large adult servings. The second time I made it I doubled it, so there were 4 servings and that was easy to do.
