
Korean Beef Rice Bowls

Ingredients
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 5 tsp brown sugar packed
- 1 ½ tsp rice vinegar
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 ½ tsp fresh ginger minced
- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 green onions thinly sliced
- 2 cups rice cooked
- 1 tsp sesame seeds toasted
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, vinegar and pepper.
- In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add garlic and ginger. Cook and stir for 30 seconds.
- Add beef and cook until no pink remains, stirring to break up the meat as it cooks.
- Stir in the soy sauce mixture and white part of the green onions. Heat through.
- Serve beef over rice. Top with carrots, remaining green onions, and sesame seeds. Enjoy!
