Be You, Bravely

Welcome to season three! This season, the theme is all about how to Be You, Bravely!

This season Jillian will be discussing external expectations and how we respond to what others think our lives should look like. Plus how to balance those expectations with what works for us.

“We’re going to be looking at how we deal with outer expectations. How do we respond to what everyone else thinks we should be?”

Other important subjects include improving communication, setting realistic boundaries, and tools we can use to make our lives more unified and consolidated.

Learning to be comfortable with our experiences and the lessons we’ve learned will help us grow, enhance our relationships, and will help us to discover more of who we are. This can lead to an improvement in our work and interactions with those around us.

Jillian is excited to be sharing many exciting interviews with amazing people this season. People, including Dave Hollis and Paula Pant, will be tackling important issues with Jillian and discussing the gritty truth of finding our way in life and living up our potential.

Also, season three will include a lot of real discussion regarding issues that are often not understood. Topics such as affirmation and moving forward in our goals, debunking the myths about finding your passion, and how we can take the necessary steps to move in the direction we want to go.

“We’re going to figure out how actually to start to take steps.”

That’s the big idea this season–not only figuring out our plans, but coming to realize the things that make us happy, excited, and motivated to keep going. The things that are real for us. The things that bring all of who we are into our goals.

This whole process has been a significant journey for Jillian, and she is eager to share what she has learned, along with the advice of others, with you this season. It’s filled with raw, insightful conversations and advice for figuring out your journey, and you don’t want to miss it!
